 Returns Eligibility:

You may be eligible for a return under the following circumstances:

·         Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, you may request a return for a replacement or refund.

·         Materials did not reach and satisfy the customer’s satisfaction.



2.       Timeframe for Returns:

·         Please initiate the return process within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this timeframe may not be accepted.



3.       Condition of the Product:

·         To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any product that shows signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

·         For returns due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, you will receive a full refund not including the original shipping costs.
