1.     Product Description:

Our Montessori materials are carefully curated to cover various subjects, including mathematics, language, geography, sensorial development, practical life skills, and cultural studies. From the iconic Montessori Pink Tower and the Hundred Board to the Movable Alphabet and Land and Water Forms, each material is designed to spark curiosity and aid in the development of essential cognitive and motor skills. The features, specifications, and functionalities of the Product may be updated or modified at our discretion.

 

2.     Payment and Pricing:

Payment for the Product is required at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in Philippine Peso and are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes and shipping fees may apply and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

 

3.      Shipping and Delivery:

We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carriers or customs clearance. II. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

You may be eligible for a return under the following circumstances:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any product that shows signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping charges.

For returns due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, you will receive a full refund not including the original shipping costs.

 

6. Shipping for Returns:

For returns due to materials not meeting expectations, problems in terms of quality, or an incorrect item shipped, shipping costs will be borne by the company. We recommend using a LBC shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items:
